Terms of Service

1) Entertainment-only; no real-money gambling

• The Service is a social casino for entertainment purposes only.
• All gameplay uses virtual items/credits with no monetary value and no cash-out.
• No prizes of real-world value are offered or awarded through gameplay.
• No real-money gambling is conducted on the Service.

2) Eligibility & account rules

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
• You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure.
• One account per person unless we approve otherwise; no account sharing or selling.
• We may verify eligibility and may restrict access by location or other criteria.

3) Acceptable use

• Do not cheat, exploit bugs, use bots, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Service.
• Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content; respect other users.
• Do not attempt unauthorised access, scraping, or bypassing security measures.

4) Virtual items

Virtual items/credits are licences for use within the Service only. They are not property, have no cash value, and cannot be sold, transferred, or redeemed for money or real-world items.

5) Intellectual property

We (or our licensors) own the Service, software, game content, trademarks, and branding. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the Service for lawful entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

6) Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access (and remove or reset virtual items) if we reasonably believe you breached these Terms, engaged in fraud/abuse, or to protect the Service and users. You may stop using the Service at any time.

7) Disclaimers & limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, the Service is provided “as is” and we exclude warranties not expressly stated. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of data, loss of profits, or loss arising from interruptions, errors, or unauthorised access. Our total liability for any claim is limited to NZD $0 (as the Service is provided without charge) or the minimum amount required by law. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other non-excludable consumer protection laws where applicable.

8) Disputes

Please contact us first so we can try to resolve issues informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved, it will be governed by the laws of New Zealand and subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.

9) Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
